As a 501(c)(3) non-profit soccer organization, Lonestar Soccer Club’s mission is to be the best youth soccer club in the nation while developing good people. As part of our mission, we believe every child deserves the opportunity and environment to be a part of a team, regardless of their age, skill, background, or socioeconomic status. P.L.A.Y. (Protecting the Lives of All Youth) is a commitment to our mission and to all kids who deserve acceptance regardless of who they are, where they come from, what they believe in, who they love, or the color of their skin. As a reflection of this, every player at Lonestar Soccer Club proudly wears the P.L.A.Y. logo on their uniforms. Through P.L.A.Y. and the Lonestar Financial Aid Program, we never turn a player away from the beautiful game by giving players the opportunity to be a part of a team through financial assistance.
 
Each year, players, teams, families, staff, and the greater community rallies together to raise funds through a multi-week fundraising drive, where 100% of proceeds are directed to the Lonestar Financial Aid program and underserved youth. Players fundraise with their team in order to meet a common goal, with prizes and incentives available to the highest fundraising teams and individuals who go above and beyond in their support. The fundraising effort culminates in an end where our membership joins together on the field to play and celebrate the common goal of bringing soccer to those who need it the most, including our own teammates!
